How to make your hair wavy?

To make your hair wavy like that, try first putting in a curling mousse. Then dry your hair or let it air dry. I use a curling wand and it works very well. For some people, a normal curling iron or hot rollers works better. Curl your hair a little more curly then you would like because soon it will fall out to the curl you want it to be.
