I'd like to move Martin Luther King Day?

Martin Lutther King's birthday is on January 15. We celebrate it on the third Monday in January when we don't really need another holiday so soon after Christmas and New Years. My idea is to mover Martin Luther King day forward few more weeks and tack it on to Superbowl weekend. I think this gives greater memory to Dr. King and it makes Superbowl more of a relaxed day knowing that you don't have to go back to work on Monday. What do you think?
