Should i date him?! ugg.... please help!!!!!?

Ok there is this guy that asked me out, hes not the hottest but hes sweet, i thought we where friends but he asked me out, this made me feel weird, i already like another guy but i dont see him much, but this guy who likes me rides my bus so i have to see him EVERY DAY! If i say no hes most likely to never look at me again, i still wanna be friends but if i say yes... i think i like him... idk... he talks to me alot and he looks at me when he THINKS im not looking. im more of a flirt than a actual date though... :P i dont know!!!
