Can you give me a good easy cabbage stew recipe?

I'm looking for a cabbage stew recipe that I can eat as sort of a diet food. I'm not looking to eat it all day every day, but I want to pre make a lot of it and freeze it. My only real requierments are flavorful and cheap. I don't want it to have a ton of ingredients inside that I don't really have lying around the house. Help me out? Thanks and GOD BLESS
