The different between Q9300, 2.5GHz, 1333MHz FSB, 6MB L2 Cache & E8400 3GHz, 1333MHz FSB, 6MB L2 Cache?

The E8400 performs tasks faster since the speed of it is 3 ghz where the spped of Q9300 is 2.5 ghz. The number of cores also make a huge difference. Quad core is better than dual core.
