San Shou/Sanda vs Kung Fu/Wushu?

Now, from what I understand, have seen, have studied, and heard, San Shou/Sanda was taken from Chinese martial arts, including Chinese wrestling, which is just throws and takedowns, and is not exactly kung fu. Also sanshou is used by the chinese police and military for combat, and was created by the Chinese Red Army for Self Defense and uses all the full effectiveness of Chinese Martial arts instead of just flashy movements and chi, but straight up hand to hand combat, so, I wonder, would a well trained kung fu champion, black belt(sash?) or an equally well trained and experienced sanshou/sanda champion in a fight? btw my moneys on the sanda fighter FTW but please give me your opinions and reasons on who will win and why :) thank you
