Isn't it the height of arrogance to tell the moderator you won't answer her question?

It seems to me that it is extremely disrespectful and ignorant in a debate to take a shot at the moderator. This is not the kind of attitude the people want in their elected officials. Palin should apologize for her slight against Gwen Ifil it was rude and insensitive.
